I agree, time is a huge barrier. I picked the taste/craving side of things, but honestly it lines up with what you shared too. When you're busy, tired, or on a time crunch, it’s so easy to reach for whatever’s quick instead of planning + cooking.

Same here, I used to load up on vitamin C every winter too! It’s interesting how most of us already get plenty from fruits and veggies. The body can’t store much of it anyway, so consistency matters more than megadoses.
