Another toddler (should have been baby) quilt and pillowcase done! Now both have been mailed.
And, 🤔, I made a 🌈 quilt. Does that make me a groomer 🙄?

🎼 🎵 You may say I'm a groomer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one 🎶

I made my 1st quilted #adventcalendar for my Irish friends! They were away until 12/15, so had to open days 1-15 last night. numbers aren’t on the quilt yet.
Quilted and backed w sheer fabric so that it looks like stained glass when backlit.
Still needs a little more work.

And I always make a matching pillowcase to send the quilt in. Especially when the kid is already in a big bed 🙄.

The little pocket for letters, and the letters in a bag. Samples of names are shown on the cutting mat. Her name is sewn on, but there are also cutouts for her to spell her own name.

I’m finally finishing 4 very late baby (now toddler) quilts.
Here’s the first one. There is a pocket that holds letters so that she can spell names of people in her family, and her own name. (And a bag to wash the letters in)

If you have a cat (and extra money because the kids are grown), the only thing you need to get for said cat is some wall or floor furniture from www.maupets.com

Here’s the finished quilt. Solids, prints, and even a little bit of sweary fabric.

You WILL be crazy about it when it’s done. I felt the same about mine. Picture of mine in progress. It looks great so far!

A mourning dove flew hard into my dining room window. Unfortunately, it gave its life for my window, but not before leaving an impressive outline of itself. You can see individual feather impressions in the 2nd picture.
This happens relatively often (I just ordered decals to thwart the birds).

I made a spool chest nto a side table.
The “DEXTER” drawer is on the top. A charging port (2 USBC, 2 USBA, 2 regular plugs) is in the bottom drawer.
I reinforced the bottom to install the hairpin legs and make a cord channel. Forstner bit came in handy!

Today was the first time I saw a product price online that added in a tariff surcharge AND told me that it was added. I’m not buying this particular product (too $$$), but I will buy from the company. Good for them for letting us know the tariff surcharge.

15. If you grow but don’t smoke, it’s a pretty plant, but a pain in the ass to harvest and process into edibles. My plants were gorgeous and I never used the stuff after harvest/trimming.

16. Wanna grow? Buy The Cannabis Encyclopedia by Jorge Cervantes. A HUGE volume of information.
