I completely agree! This is my favorite movie of all time. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it at least 50 times. (Slightly less than once a year since it was released)
It’s impossible to overstate how much I adore this film; I first saw it in high school, and cannot even imagine how many times I’ve rewatched it since.

My second needle felting project was a detailed aerial view map of my house. I chose pink as a background because it needed more contrast due to all the green of the trees.
I got this idea from a Valerie Goodwin class on making maps with fabric.

So glad @quiltlovinlisa.bsky.social inspired me to pull out a quilt that I quit in 2022. I’ve now finished the top&bottom rows and the 2nd and 2nd to last rows. The middle 3 are single rows. I assume I’m sewing blocks together after I finish all blocks.

My daughter suggested that instead of making a temperature quilt, I should make a quilt with a color for each book I read of a certain genre. In theory, an excellent idea. In reality, if I assigned red to any thriller/ murder book, I would have a big red quilt.

I made a spool chest nto a side table.
The “DEXTER” drawer is on the top. A charging port (2 USBC, 2 USBA, 2 regular plugs) is in the bottom drawer.
I reinforced the bottom to install the hairpin legs and make a cord channel. Forstner bit came in handy!

Today was the first time I saw a product price online that added in a tariff surcharge AND told me that it was added. I’m not buying this particular product (too $$$), but I will buy from the company. Good for them for letting us know the tariff surcharge.
