A neat thing I also appreciate: The camera sometimes following key characters in a scene around, then seamlessly switching over to another person as they pass by or if there's action going on in the same room.

Makes the setting feel busy and always in motion, without feeling forced or cluttered.

The stuff with the older patient with Alzheimer's around, I think, episode 4 - where his adult children are with him as he passes, processing complicated feelings in real time... wow. Tough, but well considered.

Easily conveys a sense of weariness and hard-fought hope, VERY curious where they're going with her thread.

Whole cast is solid, real nice balance between being competent, compassionate people...
