Yeah unless you have celiac or some other intolerance, gluten makes zero difference. Though I love that it became a thing a few years ago because the quality of gf foods is astronomically better than it had been before.

I remember this being really hammered when it came out, and though it has its problems I've always quite liked it.

Similar thing happened to an art theater in Kansas City as well. Proced out and that building has been empty in the years since. At least for them, the city's art museum partnered with the owner to do special programming for their theater.

I adore the book, so have been so excited for this.
