...that's about to RULE American (+global?) culture for the next 40 years or so is going to surge back to theaters, storefronts, parks, physical media etc by even (lets say) a 30% uptick the way Boomers flocked back to suburbia in the 80s?

Understand: I do NOT think Sarandos or Hastings have had some "come to Jesus moment" and suddenly LOVE movie theaters and physical media. LOL no 🙃
But I know they're "data guys" who like to be ahead of everyone and will burn money to do it. If data is telling them the impending Millennial Majority..

Which will have its own effect, but thats for later. The Millennials are like they are in part because they're the second wave (or in MANY cases "second marriage") kids Boomers themselves had later than their own parents did, whereas GenX was the smaller pool the non-college Boomers had in their 20s
