Glad I went though, feel good now that it's done! Today is my first post, but it's day 3 of the gym this week, and the end of week 1!

Today was HARD at the start. I initially wanted to do core, but my thighs were still really sore from leg day 2 days ago, so I just opted to do upper body again. Walking was difficult, so had to bring that down, too. I think I'll move upper body to day 3, and core to day 1 to give me a better rest!

Farmer walks - 12kg, 3 sets, 20 metres
Lateral pull down - 18kg, 3 sets, 10 reps
Converging chest press - 27kg, 3 sets, 10 reps
Pectoral fly - 32kg, 3 sets, 10 reps
Diverging seated row - 18kg, 3 sets, 10 reps
Triceps extension - 36kg, 3 sets, 10 reps
