Been diving deep with research teams lately and it's wild how many breakthrough ideas stay trapped in academic papers. The best moments at TranDev are when we help flip that switch from "interesting research" to "wow, this could help people's tomorrows."

Checking back in on the Bluesky community to tell everyone that they're doing a-ok. January is almost over, but there is still 11 more months to go. Do what you said you were going to do yesterday and stop procrastinating. Ok, back to work now...

Happy second Friday of the year to everyone! I hope everyone is off to a hot start and maintaining momentum throughout this month. Remember the goals and accomplishments you want to achieve in the back of your mind to keep yourself determined vs. motivated.

I've been on this platform for a little over a month now and I can say that there is much more opportunity to meet and connect with people in the education space. The people are welcoming and have so much knowledge to share. I wish all communities were like this! #Bluesky2025

Happy New Year to everyone! 2025 is filled with treasure, you just need to take that leap and pursue a conducive opportunity that you know you can afford to risk. Going harder than ever this year around and not letting anything hold me back! Cheers to everyone.

Happy last Friday of the year to everyone! I hope we all got the opportunity to pursue something greater than ourselves this 2024 season and wish all the best coming into the new 2025 year here shortly. May ceilings be raised and KPIs crushed be in your favor!

Say this louder for the people in the back. Even though I am at an age where life is faster than I can blink, I now realize that family is everything. Every holiday season I become more and more grateful for the people that I am surrounded by that bring me to a new level every day. A true blessing.
The older I get, the more I cherish the people around me and their health and happiness more than anything else. All the other stuff is just that... stuff. I can live without the stuff, I can't live without the people I care about. Merry Christmas and happy holidays ❤️ #StayHumble #StayKind

What motivates you in life? Simply put question, but curious what others think.

It doesn’t get anymore simple than this. If none of these strike you as a true asset in life, you’re more than welcome to meet me in my DMs and we can debate for the sake of it. 🤘

Found this article this morning and the statistics surprised me. Despite the sample size not being necessarily the largest, a whopping 89% of employees state that they remain productive around the holiday season. If we are being honest here, I find it hard to believe in that conviction. WDYT?

I was reading this article and my conviction around K-12 education remains unchanged. I strongly believe that the early years of a adolescents education is imperative to not only their academic foundation, but development in their social upbringing. WDYT?
