Good. But antitrust action is just the first step. No human right should be run for profit. Landlords must be abolished, & the housing system itself turned on its head. RealPage claims that supply is the problem, but there are many times more vacant units than homeless people. Our problem is greed.

Nothing like posting about luxury rentals being built in a town that has seen a 30+% increase in rent in 4 years and a rent burden of 50% with a shortage of 8,000 units and saying “if all we build is upscale rent will go up” to make folks come to the comments, rip you apart, and say you’re stupid.
