I haven’t worried in over 30 years. I get concerned when needed, but worry? Never. Worry = fear + inaction. Concern = planning without fear. Worry shuts down your thinking brain. Concern keeps it sharp. You can’t unlearn worry overnight, but you can interrupt it—and that’s powerful.

Have you ever been around a group of 4 year olds and someone spills a cup of milk? They’ll either deny it was them who did it, or they’ll point a finger and blame someone else. Yeah, this is also the tactic of the Trump administration. The lack of accountability by grown adults is embarrassing.
