Note - the article itself says nothing about diet or ultra-processed foods (UPF), but the authors themselves are quoted talking about UPF in the press releases.

OMG this! I’ve always thought it was a bit self-aggrandizing when people list this on a CV. As if every lecture isn’t “invited”?
