The late great Snoopy. A fine, clever cat who we lost too soon aged 7, in 2016. Still miss him, we loved him a lot and he rewarded us with lap time, ‘presents’ and intelligent conversation.

It is very large with a step half way up and a cat bed on top. It is squashed between a red sofa and a radiator next to a window. He is being very curious and sniffing. He’s clearly thinking about whether to jump up on to the cat bed. The cat, being a cat, has decided not to get up on the new cat bed. He’s sitting on the arm of the sofa with his back to the cat bed, looking out of the window lower down.

I bought my brother a vintage toy Citroen 2CV car for his birthday, from a local antique shop. He loves these cars, has owned a few over the years. His birthday isn’t until September but when I saw it I had to get it for him 😄
