Some people feel like they don't need a union because their pay is generally fine. But look what else the Teamsters were bargaining:

* paid family leave
* bereavement policies
* sick time
* safeguards against surveillance 👀 👀

You can bargain anything. Anything! You just have to find the leverage.

Deleted the Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram apps—not my accounts, but it’s a start. I just can’t engage with those platforms in good conscience right now. Honestly, not sure how active I’ll be here either—investing time in social media just feels exhausting.
