Oh man. Similar boat, but instead of quitting smoking I changed careers & quit being a chef for an office job.

I don’t know you, but I can understand the effort, dedication and commitment this took. And can appreciate that a congratulations is definitely in order! Well done!!

I guess that bull in the china shop must have known the difference between a formal table setting, a casual table setting, & a buffet table setting before it wrecked everything then… truly, the duality of livestock is baffling.

A to those suggesting “just get British citizenship”
Ask yourself, how would you feel if the only way you could stay in the country you’ve chosen to make your home. A country that now says “we don’t want you”, was to become a citizen. Instead of being proud to do that, wouldn’t you resent it?
