I have over 20 records requests that are overdue. These are legislated timelines that say the government must release the records in your request by 45 days. This is consistently being ignored.

For example: On July 7 I requested Richard Madan's salary and a breakdown of the Washington office budget. Over 100 days later and I still don't have this record. A spokesperson released his salary to us last week, but we are still waiting on the rest. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

In Alberta — the only other province that has paper cards — a 2015 AG report said the lack of expiry dates on Alberta health cards leave them open to abuse, meaning the province could be paying for health care of ineligible recipients.

The East St. Paul daycare is one of 22 daycares that were project-managed by JohnQ Public Inc. The current NDP government has asked the province's auditor general to review whether that project followed procurement rules.
