4. Synthesize into actionable insights: what to show, what to hide, and how to guide users

Result → You get evidence-based clarity that informs design, content strategy, and product decisions.

I’d go further:

1. Search peer-reviewed studies in psychology, behavioral econ, & HCI
2. Evaluate how different contexts (healthcare, business, consumer apps) change the effect
3. Compare contradictory findings (sometimes more info = better choices if structured well)

Here’s how I’d approach this question 👇

→ What metrics need improving?
→ Which user behaviors must change?
→ What business outcomes matter most?

Teams waste money on visual refreshes when they need research or clearer messaging.

What business problem are you trying to solve with design?

I’ll be honest—finding high-value design clients who get this isn’t easy. But I know they’re out there. So I’m refining my positioning, my messaging, and my approach to attract the right ones.

I’d love to hear what’s worked for you. (3/3)
