Here’s how I’d approach this question 👇

“How does information overload affect decision-making?”

When creating a product waitlist, show users their queue position for transparency and anticipation and include a confirmation email with next steps and timeline. These small ux details build trust before they even use your product.

I've been seeing too many poorly designed ones lately.

I analyzed Lunchclub's networking platform and evaluated its path forward through strategic design.

Key platform challenges identified:

- User control limitations in matching
- Technical stability issues
- Outdated UI hurting credibility
- Product stagnation despite $100M valuation

Building a zero-to-one product is about balancing speed, clarity, and an understanding of your users.

It's not just about what you're building—it's about why and how you're solving problems.

Users don’t want your product—they want the outcome it delivers.

Netflix = Entertainment, not streaming
Uber = Transportation, not ride-hailing
Slack = Connection, not messaging

What outcome does your product deliver?

Need help focusing on outcomes? I’m available.

Libraries welcome everyone.

Accessibility isn't a checkbox, it's a foundation. So I design for everyone:

Easy to read
Simple to navigate
Works with screen readers
Makes sense to all users

Universal design = better design for everyone.

People often can't describe exactly what they need.

Now I use this knowledge to design better products by watching how people actually use them, not just asking what they want.

Libraries did UX before UX existed.

Their principles still create the best digital experiences today.

Here's why this matters for modern design...

Even AI reflects societal biases. I used the prompt 'Librarian at reference desk helping patron,' and it returned a woman. It’s a reminder of how deeply ingrained stereotypes can be in training data.
