Simple Saturday tip: go outside! Seriously. Go spend an hour in green space. It helps the ADHD brain regulate.
If you can’t get outside, at least look at a picture of a nice meadow. It has a similar effect on the brain. Weird, but true.

Yes! I know people get annoyed with me a lot because it’s so hard to keep quiet while they take forever to get to the point that I figured out after the first 5 words came out of their mouths ….10,000 words later they finally have made their point

I’m ADHD and totally relate to the way this quote is worded because I am all over the place in my head and physically here and there and back …spiraling into control would be feel like heaven
