Pay attention to things people go out of their way to do for you. Chances are they're things that they wish people would do for them.

On our morning walk, my husband, who is very understanding about my #ADHD. laughed when I brought up hyper-focus and sad it was a contradiction. People really don’t get that. He very sweetly listened and was fascinated by my explanation.

#ADHD Christmas failures. I had to re-wrap the Christmas lights not once...not twice...but three times because I kept forgetting to pay attention to the male/female parts of the cord. (They'll go together the wrong way once! Then you're in trouble!)

I've been asked to do a book signing (my first!) at the high school of the town where I grew up and where my book is set, during the school day. I have no idea how many books to purchase for the event. The school is 4 grade-levels and graduated 500 last year. Any suggestions?

I think when I can't read in an ADHD way, you know how it is, it is so funny to me that when I pick up my own books, I get sucked right in a d end up reading until 1am as if I don't know what happens
