Peanut butter stuffed dates are one of my favorite snacks to make. I don’t know why it took me so long to make it like this before, but it was SO much less messy and time consuming to do it this way. 😅

I’ve made it a point to do portraits once a year since getting diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, at 33.

The first one was in the middle of chemo, before surgery. Second was right around my first diagnosis anniversary. Third was this past month for my 2 year mark.
