I agree! While telling patients to eat healthier may seem like an easy way to reduce obesity, its important to know that this may be extremely difficult for some patients. Giving the patients cheaper options, or resources to get access to healthy food is crucial! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I definitely agree! Many healthy meals take a lot longer to make than making instant or frozen food, which may not be as healthy. It would definitely be a good idea to look into meal prepping or faster recipes! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

This is a great question! I found some sources that say that while they may face the side effects, the consequences of giving up the keto diet are much worse. So I guess it's helping more than harming? #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I like this idea! I've also sometimes added avocado, tomatoes, and spinach to my bagel to increase my fruit/vegetable intake.

I agree! It's hard to remember that foods like sauces and toppings also count towards my daily intake, and I must remember to track those as well!
