Cottage pie, clotted cream, pork pies, fish and chips, British potato chips (“crisps”), and British chocolate. Also weirdly, their petrol station bacon and egg sandwiches are pretty good, especially right after a 9 hour flight.

I’m married to a Brit, if British food is miles better than it was, it is amazing that they survived this long. Truly terrible food that is either undercooked (chicken) or overcooked (vegetables boiled past nutritional value) but always under seasoned.
