One unexpected piece of encouraging news came in what used to be the Kakhovka reservoir in southern Ukraine. The yellow + blue🇺🇦 flag was raised 7km from the coastline by fighters of the “Brotherhood” unit.
It's more symbolic than anything and remains a grey-zone.
