Når KS snakker om rettigheter til mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne som belastning for kommunene, glemmes åpenbart at kommunene aldri har vært rause med å oppfylle disse rettighetene.
Høyre, Frp og Krf kutter eiendomsskatten i Larvik kommune, men gir istedenfor utgifter til mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne, av størrelser på linje med de samme eiendomskattesatsene.
