I remember buying a ticket at Mainstream to see them at Shank Hall in 1993, but I didn’t fully grasp the fact that you needed to be 21 to get in until the day before the show.

Okay, Ari even says it was planned a bit last minute. Still cool.

I think Time's Up is my favorite too.

I sort of remembered Nothingness by it's name but I just listened to it now and, hell yeah, that one would be make a sick cover! It's so dreamy.

Album 3. Stain. I remember being geeked by the red tape case this one came in.

Ska and a bit of hardcore ruled my orbit when this one landed so it didn't take hold as much as their other albums, but I still liked it a lot and it was definitely in the rotation. Weird musical times for sure!

Next up, the Biscuits EP. I had this but didn't really listen to it. It felt really odd to me back then and I can't explain why.

Listening to it now, it makes more sense to me and doesn't feel as clunky ... and holy god damn, absolutely everyone forced record scratching into their songs back then.

On to Time’s Up, their 2nd album.

I remember listening to this by myself a lot when we moved from Kenosha to Milwaukee and having no friends besides our dog Max.

And I specifically recall digging the hole for my basketball hoop while listening to this on a boombox.

I stopped listening to them after Stain came out in 1993 but maybe I should check out what came after.
