The Sydney Hih complex was a labyrinth of buildings that served as a bohemian landmark in Milwaukee, WI up until 2012 when it was razed. I recreated it in Blender using Google Street View and imagery found online for visual reference.

Re-listening to Living Colour’s Vivid album all the way through. It was the first tape I ever bought and I listened to it religiously while walking my paper route.
Some of it feels a little corny now but listening to it is like a massive, warm hug.

Our injured crow friend just died in our back yard about 15 minutes ago.
We're leaving her be until the other crows come by and see that she has passed ... she'll ultimately be given a proper burial near the patch of wildflowers.

The nurse who took my blood at the doctor's office this morning sure did a number on me. She's normally really good but today it hurt from the instant she put the needle in there.
Anyway, bi-annual blood draw complete and flu and shingles shots received.
