I harvested my carrots and radishes. Those are probably the largest carrots I've ever grown but I still hoped they could have been bigger. Radishes were a dissapointment. Only those three were notable size even though I planted a lot.

Potatoes are ready. The chicken sauce wasn't thick enough so I added some more flour and returned it into the oven for little longer.

About half an hour left before I take the pot from the oven. In the mean time I peeled potatoes and prepared cream, butter, rosemary and parsley for the mash. The garlic will be added to the cream before heating it. The ball of butter and flour will be used to thicken the sauce.

The pot will now be placed into the owen for two hours in 150 degrees accompanied by a bulb of garlic wrapped in foil.

I drained and dried the chicken and separated the carrots and herbs from the wine. I roughly chopped 200g of onion and 200g of mushroon. 400g of bacon was readily sliced.

I started the preparations yesterday by marinating the chicken.
I put in a dish:
- 1,6 kg chicken legs
- ~300 g chopped carrots
- Garlic
- Rosemary and thyme
- Bay leaf
- Salt and pepper
- Bottle of red wine

The final product. The consistency is wrong. There should be few large lumps with thin "broth" instead this uniform mush. The mouth feeling is funky.
The taste was almost correct but there was something weird I can't put into words.
Therefore I must count this experiment a failure.

It is done. I have woken up every hour to mix it and now it's 5 am. I added the salt and turned off the heat.
The soup need to be cooled before serving so I will take the final picture later today.

The milk is in. Now I need to let it cook few more hours. Mind you it's already past midnight but this is usually done at night anyway.
The soup should turn reddish as it caramelizes.
