For what it's worth, it was my grade school, not my parents that forbade cosmetics. I didn't really wear makeup until I was in my late teens or even twenties. I didn't really that was so odd until now.

So I just saw and IG post wondering how us olds got around without GPS and the resulting chorus of olds saying, "Maps! Paper maps! Like Rand-Mcnally!: But I never needed a map to get around my own city. Are we this dumb now?
