GOOD NEWS! Researchers have found that getting vaccinated against shingles- a painful and debilitating condition that can flare up years after infection from VZV- not only LOWERS the risk of infection, but can also PROTECT against dementia and REDUCE the risk of cardiovascular disease! 🧪🧵⬇️
