I feel like I’ve been stuck on a merry go round of bad ideas my entire career.
Mostly my most depressing thing is - you don’t progress in the NHS by doing good work. It’s like a club. I’m obviously not in the club. I’m probably too outspoken and care about other people too much.

I’ve stopped trying to debate because - even with peer reviewed evidence of both reducing pollution and deaths, it’s obviously ‘too much of an inconvenience’

We had a band of snow from around Truro to Bodmin. Wife’s school is shutting down- so she’s working from home today.
I’ve taken the inlaws to Plymouth hospital so… hoping it stays down west lol.

I think in modern clothing, most labels are sown on. Although some of them might be glued I guess?

For me? You try and understand others … even when it’s difficult. You listen, without judgement. You offer yourself, your time.. whatever for those in need.
That’s probably narrow but a start.
I always think a good person is someone I’d want to willingly invite into my house and spend time with.
