Honestly, I often liked him better on the left, but when Brunetti was healthy, there was no question he was the starter. Márk posted similarly good numbers in high-speed ball carries and progressive carries, though he offers less on the ball while providing more defensively.

This raises the question: who could replace him? For me, Csinger Márk immediately comes to mind. Last season, he proved how comfortable he is on the left side, even as a right-footer.

The tactical setup helped him achieve this as he positioned closer to the flank. However, this doesn't fully explain the volume and areas where he advanced with the ball, as shown by the heatmap below, which resembles that of a full-back.

Looking at the numbers, his defensive stats seem poor this season, but this can be attributed to a dysfunctional pressing system. One of his drawbacks is aerial duels, where his win rate is average. Despite not being particularly tall, his vertical leap is good.

Mateus Brunetti
The Brazilian center-back has been one of the most stable pillars of DAC's defensive line in recent years, and not without reason. But his contract expires in the summer. How important is he for DAC, who could replace him?

To provide a slightly more realistic picture, I examined the expected goals per shot. The ranking is based on the difference in expected goals. As shown in the chart below, DAC's xG difference is only the seventh-best in the league.📉

📉When DAC were knocked out from Slovak Cup, Xisco said that his task to move the team to the final third. I can agree with that. But, you have to give options for the team. Last matches were all awful, and we can see a huge decrease in xG/match and xGA. Horrible trend.
