2 came back as a reject.
I know it’s a part of the big process but what is everyone’s mindset that keeps you going in these situations?
Submitted 8 grants in 2 months… the deadlines were brutal, but hitting “submit” feels amazing. Nothing beats the reward of crossing the finish line after a huge team effort.

Tasmania is a roadkill hotspot for animals, which draws #TasmanianDevils to the roads to scavenge. I think these are the only road signs I've seen with an animal's conservation status on. #Tasmania #MammalWatching #WildOz
