De vorige keer dat Henk Kamp het met zoveel gemak en kwaadaardigheid over “grootschalig misbruik” had op basis van hoe “een groot deel van de samenleving” dat “ervaarde”, was de uitkomst een van de grootste overheids-misdaden tegen haar eigen bevolking.
