I reckon redistricting should further entrench the duopoly: Only even numbers of new seats, and D & R alternately select the boundaries of the new electorates. 🤣

My experience with HR in the private sector is appalling. One operative took all the money allocated for raises and gave all of it to themselves while denigrating several top performers. 🤦🏽♂️
