They still fail to understand the difference between millionaires and billionaires. Becoming a billionaire is inherently unethical. It shouldn't be hard to understand.

"tax rates on billionaires should be 90% instead of 95%" is a disagreement worth discussing.

"fancily-robed lawyers without medical training or knowledge should be allowed to make medical decisions for the whole country" is a fucking stupid notion and I will not entertain it for half a second.
