Also, if you can't see how casteism and how tech systemically keeps Blacks and Latinos out then you need to look closer at your own analysis. Silicon Valley is already allowed to legally discriminate on the basis of gender and race.
a good clip of Sillicon Valley leadership want to discriminate on the basis of caste and don't appreciate bipartisan interference in that. Apparently they bought themselves a whole Gov. just to ensure they could continue, using this veto to fend off future legal action.
