For my streamer friends out there.
If you find some low graphics games still lag your setup it may be trying to run at unlimited FPS.
Make sure your capture in OBS has "limit capture framerate" checked
If you have an Nvidia card, I'd also recommend setting a global max FPS in the control panel

Life's so fast-paced nowadays but sometimes you really do just gotta stop and make sure to sleep and sit down for a couple full meals in order to fully recharge.
