The origins of Gothic literature don't really seem to make sense. "The Castle of Otranto" is from the 1700s and is unanimously regarded as the first Gothic story, while the most popular version of "Bluebeard" was published in the 1600s. Is "Bluebeard" not obviously and self-evidently a Gothic story?

What's up will all these webmaps that make you press ctrl to scroll? If you have that set up you have to at least offer zoom buttons I can click as an alternative to hitting ctrl.

I'm rating too many movies 4 stars. It is time to reclaim the 3.5 star rating as a good movie. Even 3 is enjoyable but perhaps flawed.

Beyond all this, automatic headlights have trained people to not consider whether they are appropriate in the current light - the machine will think for them. Headlights should be on any time the car is in motion!
"automatic" headlights are a scourge upon society! They kick in too late into the evening, and are certainly not calibrated to deal with overcast evenings (or even days). Headlights should be on any time the car is in motion.

Saw the F1 movie last night and about fifteen minutes in, a young couple got up and asked another nearby patron "Is this Sinners?"
Easy enough to walk into the wrong theater anywhere but that's a lot of car racing to sit through before you realize this isn't the vampire movie.

No one asked me but IF the Wolves/Lynx are moving to the suburbs (which I don't think they should) - they should do it here and work closely with MOA to build in skyway to mall and ped overpass to 30th St Station
