For everyone laid off today my advice is the same as always. Give yourself time. It doesn’t have to be a lot but you’re not going fix things overnight anyway.

I had a super stressful week at work and I realized today it had nothing to do with work. It’s having to act like everything is fine for 40 hours a week while everything goes to shit. It’s being in meetings discussing whatever trivial matter while our futures are becoming increasingly uncertain.
