How do you start your day?
I usually need some time to just drink coffee and wake up. Sometimes I use this time to draw but usually Im too sleepy and just scroll through Pinterest or TickTock. But I dont like such a time waste.
I decided to try knitting bevause it dorsnt need thinking😅

Somehow I have 7 knitting projects waiting for me...
The best advice for adhd people is "make it visible". I completely forgot about at least two... No more buying!

After 4 years with shower only I can relax in hot water with salt and oils...
