new buttons live in the sprite animation tool: one for a highlight effect and one for giving sprites a pulse. both are great for signaling points of interest!

diving deeper into pixel art lately and the complexity of animating sprites continue to blow my mind

tried to codify tweening and color cycling in a procedural simulator... not bad to help speed up experimentation
