Not being horrible to the grey model, it's a fine vehicle.. But next to the purple it looks like a base blender model that left the factory before anyone got to spraying it. Wild.

Business IS authoritarian in its nature. It says what goes and people jump through hoops or go.. if that becomes the template forced onto politics who could be surprised by it? This is why business needs kicking out of politics and making subservient to better discourse and decision making.

Good luck to you and the troops man! Have a great one!! 😎🤞👍

This is what happens when you fail to protect politics from business.

I don't believe politics is free enough to do what it should be doing.
November 20, 2025 at 2:04 PM
The undue influence of business in politics is how these things keep happening. Separate the realms and make them each responsible for staying in their lane and maintaining their proper hierarchy of politics (diplomacy, debate and ethics) above business (the tool to carry out more virtuous goals).

I'm tending to find that it's less a case of being disappointed in political parties as it is more appropriate to be disappointed in the quality of the politician. Given that business has been allowed to take the wheel it's bound to attract irresponsible, undisciplined, unseasoned vermin.

If they won't behave then we can ignore them and starve them of profits.

One thing which does seem to happen whenever we hit waves of angst, as we are now, is a kind of social sieve. The lumps and the finer qualities of humanity are brought into sharp relief and those hurt and confused are cast into the spotlight by their own floundering.

Tackling it means admitting a problem. The powers that be, and that doesn't even necessarily mean the government, are not it seems so keen on drawing attention to problems, especially since many share common roots pointing at them.
November 1, 2025 at 8:35 PM
The problem is basically instability and harm to society's foundation. When you make a system which is reliant upon money and its movement, then abuse that aspect, decisions whittle down to matters of survival. Under those conditions great harm can arise through forced choices.
