The delicate art of blending mattes and composite shots. I've been working a long term fan project to remaster THE BLACK HOLE. It's been a gradual process of colour correction and even a bit of refresh editing since it's for practice and my own fun, but it's worked out well so far!

If we wish for better than we keep being served, we could do a lot worse than investing in separation of interests and more right minded intent.

It's funny but the more I look at Akemi Homura and Madoka Magica sat here on the side, the more they become You Tube buddies Nyanners and Ironmouse.

I got the dual dvd/bluray steelbook release even before I had a bluray player. It was only about £3 more and the bluray theoretically has a hypersound mix. Although I never expect to hear that, the remaster they did and the sound as it is, both are incredible.

Yesterday an old personal friend Mark McGowan, passed away. A brilliant chap of infinite jest and compassion, he always had your back and was a generous as the day is long. He was the best bloke you probably never met. rest in peace my friend, rest in peace.
