Tidepooler! | Environmental Science student | Art sometimes
This is one of the smallest nudibranchs I’ve ever seen! I like to go when the tide isn’t super low, sometimes it’s nice to focus on a small space, you notice a lot. This is a baby shaggy mouse!

I love that in this video you can see all the little barnacles waving their appendages! I think this is an Acanthadoris pilosa but if someone could confirm that ID I would really appreciate it!

I’m not sure if this is a juvenile mottled with an extra leg or a 6 rayed sea star. I love watching their tube feet carry them across the cobble!!!

Cute little plumose anemone reaching out its tentacles into the water. Anemones are one of my favorite animals, I like them a lot because they don’t seem like they should be an animal

This is the second ever leopard dorid I’ve seen and I was so excited by it. They are one of my all time favorite nudibranchs and invertebrates in general. I’m super excited for this next set of King tides!

I shy away from putting nudis in containers now. This was at the start of my tidepooling experience last spring and these two were so adorable. I would go to the same place and could always find them. I’m not positive on the species, Acanthadoris of some sort?

This was a huge chunky sea lemon (Peltodoris nobilis) that my fiancee and I found at Hole in the Wall. Didn’t get a long timelapse but it was cool to see it moving over to another rock.
