i personally find 3d printed bases rly heavy compared to foam -_-; so make your ears/any other protrusions as light as you can

comfort wise: imo, use full mesh for eyes (vision) and prop mouth open if it's a moving jaw (ventilation)
aesthetic wise: fake fur is super forgiving! just make sure you get your fur direction correct and hand sew small details if you got em. test run is a good idea
