"9. POWER POSTURE. Sit comfortably, shoulders back, take a breath, let your shoulders drop down when you exhale. Keep your feet flat on the ground. If you're presenting virtually, minimise distractions and disruptions, make sure kids have something to do or someone to watch them, choose a room with strong wifi, check your background." "10. Q&A. If you don't want to take questions, fill your 5mins with your talk. If you want more of a discussion with the panel, just intro yourself and then say you're open to questions. One minute is generally enough for one question. If you don't understand the question, speak to the theme of the question. Don't forget, you don't have to try and defeat the bill with your presentation alone - there will be many other voices speaking out against the bill too, and it will be everyone's collective voice that will matter! TOGETHER, WE'VE GOT THIS!"
