I am glad I ran as an independent in ‘24. I talked a lot about the causes of our policy frustrations. I always felt like I was strangely part of a great awaken. After this vote, I think my gut on the campaign trail might be right. I already have people calling me about running—regardless of party.

Let me know when you are ready to run as an independent for Texas Governor or Lt. Governor. My personal preference is Lt. Governor. My block walking shoes are ready when you are, captain. (Personally, I prefer Lt. Governor, more power, way more.)
