Best option is custom landing zone printing using sublimation printing.

So they at first pay out from the agency for all your bills until you are considered stable, then stop paying your phone bill but give you the money for it, then after a few months they have you pay a small part of the rent, and so forth until you are able to start providing for yourself.

Sorry, let me clarify. Giving unconditional cash doesn't work. I like and have used CLA and TCL funding programs where you are given a monthly allowance, but your responsibilities are paid by the program first and then the rest is given to the client. Over time the responsibility is transferred

Anyone can become homeless. I came from a fairly successful family, and yet still had numerous issues back to back that resulted in a spiral.

If you see a person bleeding and you teach them how to use a tourniquet but don't have one to give they die. If you just hand them one, but they don't know how to use it, they die. But is you put it on them then teach how it's done they will live long enough to help themselves in the future.

You misunderstood. I didn't pull myself up, I relied on a stable elderly man to not just give me money, but to provide on my behalf until I could learn how to hold responsible spending for myself. I was never addicted, but I had friends that were,

I got out of homelessness, but not by being handed cash, I've been given cash and it just never worked,
I was saved by an elderly man that took me in for 8 months, he let me stay with him and I offered to help him with things he couldn't do as an elderly man. He got me on my feet

That is for a specific group of homeless people, yes giving a dollar adds a dollar, but a person who is broke will use money in ways that resulted in homelessness. Be that drugs, the new iPhone, or buying a car they can't afford and put them deeper into debt.

Is someone who is disabled just lazy? It takes a minimum of 2 years to apply for ssdi, and the always deny you once, so minimum of 4 years.

Just voicing money doesn't help. I was homeless, money doesn't help, the biggest issue with homelessness is the person is typically not able to budget, that are broke, not just poor. Food stamps and housing vouchers work because the money never crosses the broken hand.
