I would recomend trying muted wordsand following custom feeds, as discover uses words you post as flags for topics you like, meaning bsky thinks you are all of the above now...

at the top of bluesky you have multipul feeds, see attached
each of these feeds are automaticly created by algorythm that searches all of bluesky and then filtered to try and make it a custom experiance. the problem is the default discover tab is everything.
