I still think Trump will declare martial law to stop the 2026 elections if they think they will lose. Tuesday's election is practice on how to do that. We US citizens aren't used to seeing troops and ICE storm troopers at the polls, so they want us to get used to seeing them at polling locations.

On the withdrawal from Afghanistan some Afghans who helped out troops were initially left behind and Republicans howled. However, they had no objections when those same people were rounded up by ICE. There is something warped in them when everything is a political game.
